Local Administrators (LAs) can see the recent login details of the user accounts such as device name and time of the login attempts to the user accounts. Local Administrators (LAs) can establish cause of the account lockouts looking at the logs.

Showing recent login details of a user account

1. Click Admin in the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select User Management from the drop down menu

2. Use the search box to find the account

3. Click on the user’s Display Name to open the User Details page

4. Click on Show Recent Logons

The most recent login events will be displayed
