User(s) can request for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to be enabled on their account.
To enable MFA for your account using self-service:
1. Click Profile in the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select My Profile from the drop-down menu
2. From My profile page, click on Self-Service
4. Click Confirm to enable the MFA
5. The following success message will be displayed
Now that MFA is enabled on the account the authentication method requires to be set up. Please follow the Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication guidance
