We are aware of an issue causing Local Helpdesk users being unable to update directory properties embedded on the User Detail page in Portal. The known affected properties are Roles, Clinical Specialty and Work Area.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0214194.
Local Helpdesk users can reach out to their Local Admins to get any user’s Role or Clinical Specialty or Work Area updated.
We request Local Helpdesk users raise a ticket with the Helpdesk(email@example.com), providing the user’s details along with the property details they want to update on the user. They should also reference the mentioned problem record.
