Issue description
We are aware of an issue in Portal that is preventing the deletion of Organisation Units. This has been noticed when the organisation has many organisation units. Admins will receive the following red growl message after selecting the Delete button in Portal:
‘Exception has been occurred.’

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0223586.
We request Local Administrators raise a Service Request with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) so that the Portal Team can manually delete the organisation unit.
