Issue Description
When attempting to add or update recipients in the SDL, the operation fails if the total number of recipients exceeds 1900. The recipients are added in Exchange; they are not updated in the Portal database. The audit logs indicate a failure, and the user receives a red growl notification.
Latest Updates and Guidance:
If this error occurs, please raise a ticket with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net). The Portal team will then manually add the recipients to the database using a stored procedure.
