Issue description
Shared mailboxes with over 100 members are experiencing intermittent loading issues on the Portal. When attempting to view the mailbox details, the page keeps loading and eventually displays a blank screen.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0228406.
To manage a shared mailbox from the portal, the number of members should be below 100.
If the mailbox exceeds 100 members, an incident must be raised with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net), referencing the problem record whenever the owner or members need to be added or removed.
