Issue description

We are aware of an issue preventing admins registering users for the MFA short term exception process via Portal. If users are apart of custom organisation security groups, admins will receive the following error after selecting the ‘MFA 24 hour exception’ button in the User Detail page:

Error: An exception has occurred.. Resource ‘x’ does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0222879.

We request admins raise a service request with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net), referencing the problem record and the user who requires MFA exceptions.
