Issue Description
We are aware of an issue preventing ATP Global/Local admins enrolling ATP organisations and adding ATP local admins. When trying to enrol an ATP organisation on the ATP Organisation Enrolment page of Portal, admins are redirected to ATP Organisation Enrolment page and receive the following error growl: “Must have an entry in owning users”. The newly selected ATP admin will not be visible in the owner field.

Please raise a service request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) and provide the ATP organisation that needs enrolling, along with the email address of the new ATP Global/Local Admins.
