Admins Unable to Create New User/Shared Mailboxes due to Incorrect Mailbox Creation Limit – PRB0224197

Issue description

We are aware of an issue that is preventing administrators from creating new user/shared mailboxes via Portal. They are receiving the following error without exceeding the number of mailboxes created within the month:

“Mailbox creation limit has been reached.”

The number of mailboxes created within a month is being calculated incorrectly and displaying a value that is two-three times the actual number of mailboxes created per organisation.

Latest updates and guidance:

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0224197.

We request admins raise a Service Request with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net), referencing the problem record and affected Organisation, so that the mailbox creation limit can be increased.
