We are aware of an error being received when users attempt to approve/reject B2B guest access extension requests in Portal. They receive the below error, stating they do not have the correct permissions when they do:
‘ProcessGuestUserAttestationRequest failed, user does not have required permission error despite user having correct permissions’
This error appears intermittently and has been found to occur for all permitted roles attempting to perform this action.

This issue is being investigated under PRB0176871.
We request that users attempt to action the approval request using an incognito browser and if the problem persists, raise a service request with the NHSmail Helpdesk (email@example.com) so that the Portal team can resolve.
