Enabling and disabling POP IMAP SMTP

Important Note

Legacy protocols including POP, IMAP and SMTP should not be enabled on user accounts. If you require use of these protocols within an application, then you will need to request an application account.

Click Admin in the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select User Management from the drop down menu

Use the search box to find the account you wish to edit

Refer to the Searching for an Entry section for more information

Click on the user’s Display Name to open the User Details Page

 

Select POP IMAP SMTP buttonFrom the User Details Page, click the POP IMAP SMTP button in the Actions box

 

 

To enable

Click Enable

 

 

 

The following message will be displayed:

Success notification

Click Update at the bottom of the page

To disable

Click Disable

 

 

 

 

The following message will be displayed:

Success notification

Click Update at the bottom of the page
