We are aware of issues around administrative users missing the following tabs in Portal: Admin, Reports and Guest Access.
All affected users have recently been Authenticated via the User Management page in Portal. Upon succession, the user is added to a group within the backend which is causing the tabs to disappear when next logging in.
Latest updates and guidance:
This issue is being investigated under PRB0213097.
Local administrators can resecure the affected user’s account via the Resecure Account button in the User Details page in Portal. This will require the user to accept AUP and set up a secret key upon the next login.
If unable to resecure the account via Portal or the above method is not successful, please raise a service request with the NHSmail Helpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please reference the problem record and the Portal team will manually remove the user from the group.
