Teams Live Events can be used to broadcast video and meeting content to large online audiences (up to 10,000 attendees). It is an extension of normal meetings, and ideal when running large training sessions, broadcasts, or webinar with attendees from inside and outside your organization
Local Administrators can Enable and Disable Live Event function for a user.
To enable Live Event :
1. Click Admin in the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select User Management from the drop down menu
2. Use the search box to find the user’s account you wish to edit.
Refer to the Searching for an Entry section for more information
3. Click on the user’s Display Name to open the User Details Page
4. Click on MS Live Events toggle button to turn it ON
MS Live Events will be turned ON
5. Click Update
The following message will be displayed:
To disable Live Event :
Click on MS Live Events toggle button to turn it OFF
MS Live Events will be turned OFF
