Users with a Microsoft E5 license are Not Visible in the NHSmail Teams Phone System Power App – PRB0215118

Issue description

Users with the base license Microsoft E5 should be visible to Phone System administrators in Power Apps, however, we are aware of an issue that is restricting this, preventing the assignment of policies and numbers.

Latest updates and guidance:

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0215118.

While this is being investigated further, we request organisations onboard other license types that are supported by the Teams Phone System in order to utilise the functionality. Further information around this can be referenced below:
