Issue description
We’re aware of an issue when a user policy is updated for a user from the User Details page in Portal. We expect the PLA/LA updating the user’s page to show in the Updated By field, however, are instead seeing the PLA/LA who last updated the user policy the user has just moved to.

Admins are requested to use audit reports to monitor the actions performed on a user.
Service Requests can be raised with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) to have the “Updated By” field manually set to the correct user
