You can easily view your contacts by grouping them according to your personal preferences
1. Click People in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen
2. Click on By First Name under the contacts search bar
3. Select either First name, Last name, Company, Home city, Work city or Recently added to set how your emails will be sorted
4. Choose the order in which your contacts will be sorted by selecting from the options under Display name order
