We are aware of an issue where users report they don’t have access to certain applications or features after being added or updated in a User Policy.

This issue is being investigated under PRB0174020.
Please perform a blank user update on the account in question and the issue should resolve.
If you are seeing this for high volume of users under one User policy, please raise a request with the NHSmail Helpdesk (email@example.com) informing the Helpdesk that “License Reconciliation” needs to be performed specifying the User policy name affected.
