O365 Licences aren’t always applied to users when User policy is updated

Issue description

We are aware of an issue where users report they don’t have access to certain applications or features after being added or updated in a User Policy.

Latest update and guidance

This issue is being investigated under PRB0174020.

Please perform a blank user update on the account in question and the issue should resolve.

If you are seeing this for high volume of users under one User policy, please raise a request with the NHSmail Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) informing the Helpdesk that “License Reconciliation” needs to be performed specifying the User policy name affected.
