NHSmail users who have not accepted the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) in the NHSmail Portal will be blocked from accessing all Microsoft 365 applications and non-Microsoft 365 applications which are registered against Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) in the NHSmail shared tenant.
Upon attempting access, users will see the following expected error message:
Once the AUP has been accepted, it could take approximately 2 hours for account synchronisation activities to complete and thus for the acceptance status to be updated on the system.
If you are still unable to access these applications after 2 hours of accepting the AUP then please raise a request with the NHSmail Helpdesk for further investigation.
