Issue description
We are aware of an issue preventing updates made to the delegate page in Portal. If a guest account has the same prefix to an NHS email, then both may appear under the respective permission. This blocks further updates as guest accounts cannot be added as a delegate to a mailbox.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0225890.
We request admins remove the guest account from the delegate page and raise a service request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) if they experience any issues.
