Issue Description

We are aware of an issue causing duplicate Static Distribution Lists (SDL) to appear in Portal after creation. This occurs when a non-admin selects the Create button twice ahead of returning to the search Distribution List page.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0224654.

We recommend users wait for Portal to create the SDL ahead of clicking the create button multiple times. If users experience this issue, they should raise a Service Request with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net), referencing the problem record and affected SDL, so that Portal team can delete the duplicate SDL.
