The Accenture NHSmail migrations can provide a service for the ingestion of PST files into the archive folder of an NHSmail email account. We can offer the following capabilities as mentioned in the following guidance.
Local Administrators will have the ability to resecure an NHSmail account when a user cannot remember their user account secret , user has forgotten their security question and answers, or user has made unsuccessful attempts in authenticating themselves to perform an admin operation on their accounts.
The user account secret is required to verify your identity in certain scenarios. For example, if you need to contact a Local Administrator or helpdesk agent to unlock your account or reset your password on your behalf.
When a guest user is invited to the platform outside of Portal (i.e., via Azure Active Directory or the native Teams application), they do not have an Attestor set in the database.
New users of NHSmail are required to set their user account secret via the NHSmail Portal to complete their initial account setup. The user account secret will be used to verify your identity in certain scenarios. For example, if you need to contact your Local Administrator to unlock your account or reset your password on your behalf
