Issue description
We are aware of inconsistent and incorrect data populating the Mobile Report generated via Portal for organisations.
Latest updates and guidance:
This issue is being investigated under PRB0183567.
If this data is required, users may raise a service request with the NHSmail Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) and request the report be manually generated. Please allow up to a week for the report to be produced.
