Issue Description: Users may be unable to share new files or view previously shared files within Microsoft Teams.

More info:- Users attempting to share new files may receive the errors ”Oops, something happened with the editor. Reload”.
– Users attempting to view previous Teams Chat/Channel messages that contained a shared file may receive the error ”Error encountered while rendering this message” for that specific message.

As a workaround, users are able to view/access previously uploaded files when accessing from the ”Shared” tab within all Teams clients.
Additionally, users are able to upload new files directly into Chats/Channels, or view previously uploaded Files directly from Chats/Channels when using the Teams iOS app.

Current Update: 15/04/2025 16:06:00 PM – Microsoft have identified a recent change that is likely the cause of the issue as the deployment timelines match with the impact occurring. They are halting the deployment and they are starting the process to revert the change.

Scope of impact:  Impact is specific to users who are currently configured on public preview or part of the Technology Adoption Program (TAP).
