NHSmail Intune: Bulk-enrolled Apple devices in Intune may not receive user-targeted policies.
User Impact: Affected MacOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices can’t apply user-specific policies, such as Wi-Fi or VPN settings, preventing connection.
Message: This issue impacts Apple devices enrolled in bulk where the user is blocked in Microsoft Entra ID during authentication renewal.
Current Status: Final validation of a secondary fix is almost complete. Full deployment to resolve the issue is expected by the next update.
Scope of Impact: Your organization is affected; only some bulk-enrolled Apple devices are impacted.
Root Cause: A conflict during authentication renewal for devices linked to blocked users in Entra ID.
