Description: We are aware of an issue with the Admin Hub which is preventing the Home Page (Governance Center) from displaying. All other pages and functionality of Admin Hub are loading and functioning and can be accessed by the menu options on the left of the page.

Final Update: 10/09/2026 – 10:20:00 AM: The CoreView team has completed the remediation steps to address this issue. Following a period of monitoring with no further recurrence, we will now close this matter. Investigations with the CoreView team are still ongoing to determine the full root cause, and a permanent fix will be put in place in due course. We have also introduced additional monitoring to help reduce end user impact should this happen again. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
