Information – NHSmail Intune- Inactive devices may appear active in Intune

NHSmail Intune: Admins may see inactive devices incorrectly listed as active in the Microsoft Intune admin center.
Devices that were inactive between March 22 and April 9, 2025, may still be shown as active, though they are not.
Scope of Impact: Only admins reviewing device status in the Northern Europe region are affected.
Message: This issue affects some devices in the Northern Europe region. The devices are no longer active, but due to processing delays, their status appears as active in the admin center.
Current Status: Microsoft actively reprocessing the affected devices and monitoring progress until full resolution.
Root Cause: A spike in deactivations led to slower performance in part of the Intune infrastructure, causing delays in updating device status.
