Description: Some mails incorrectly identified as false positives are being sent to the quarantine on the Relay instead of delivered to their intended external target recipient.

Final Update:12/03/2024 21:30:00 PM: The backlog of mails released from quarantine have now been re-processed meaning all mails picked up as false positives have been delivered. The incorrect configuration item identified as the root cause was amended earlier this afternoon to prevent illegitimate detection and resolving the issue going forward.
