The following process will walk you through the stages of repointing your work device to the new nhs.net environment, following the migration to the nhs.net.
The migration to nhs.net has now entered the Switchover Phase, meaning OneDrive, Teams and O365 Groups workloads are now accessed from your nhs.net account instead of the legacy NHSD environment.
You will now need to follow a series of steps to repoint your device to the nhs.net environment, and to ensure you can access your data.
The mandatory stages that what you will need to complete are:
- Signing in to your nhs.net account
- Repointing the OneDrive sync app on your device
- Signing in to the Teams app
- Signing in from Office desktop apps
Please note: If you encounter any issues following any of these stages, please raise a ticket to TechServices via Service Now.
Please note: Please continue to use your @hscic.gov.uk credentials to log in to third party applications. We are also working on a tool to download your private chats from the legacy NHSD environment and will be in touch when we know more.
