User Policy updates unsuccessful due to an error regarding available licences – PRB0190235

Issue description

We are aware of issues around LA’s not being able to update User Policies in Portal as the receive an error stating ‘There are only #” licences available for this organisation, a maximum of # users can be added to the policy’. This prevents LA’s from performing any updates to User Policies including adding licenses or users.

Latest updates and guidance:

This is being investigated as part of problem record PRB0190235 and bug 54247.

For now users can raise a ticket with the NHSmail Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) to have the portal team manually add/perform any desired updates to the User Policy.
