Following a successful pilot with the early adopters of Teams Premium Intelligent Recap, we have undertaken user research with participants and organisations involved.
Amongst many helpful insights, including wider user needs and necessary improvements, our user research has highlighted key ways that Teams Premium has helped to solve user problems or improve workflow for a range of roles participating in the pilot.
We have created a series of User Personas to help demonstrate the benefits experienced by those users.
