Third Party & Single Sign-On Certificate Renewal Guide

If you are having issues authenticating with single sign-on or using a third party application, it is possible that a recent certificate renewal may be the cause and you may need to install the latest intermediary certificates from GlobalSign onto the servers or applications that communicate with NHSmail SSO and EWS.
