The Microsoft 365 theme sets the colour scheme and background for the Microsoft 365 navigation bar at the top of the screen. It also changes the colour of some of the tiles in the App launcher to match.
1. Go to office.com and sign in to work or school account
2. On the Microsoft 365 navigation bar at the top of the screen, click the Settings icon.
3. Click a theme in the gallery to see preview on your screen and set it as your theme.
Note: The default theme is the organisational theme as shown.
When default theme is set, the NHS England logo will be visible in the navigation bar.
4. On settings, for any other themes described in the above point, the NHS England logo will be updated to Microsoft 365. You can switch back to default organisational theme at any time.
5. You can also change the theme from Outlook Web App (OWA).
Click on the settings icon at the top right of the screen. Click on General from the settings and select Appearance.
Choose a theme in the Classic themes gallery and click it to see it previewed on your screen. Click Save to set it as your theme.
