Data mismatch between Portal and AD/Exchange

Issue description

We are currently seeing an issue with users’ data is showing incorrectly between Portal and AD/Exchange. A user may have updated their name and email address successfully in Portal but those changes have not been replicated in AD/ Exchange causing a data mismatch.

Latest update and guidance

This issue is being investigated under PRB0187117.

If you notice this issue please raise a request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) and our engineers will be able to correct this.
