Issue description
We are aware of a missing validation when importing users into existing or new User Policies in Portal. If the CSV file includes users who haven’t accepted AUP then they should receive a validation message informing them who needs to be removed for a successful import. Instead, the page loads endlessly after selecting the upload button.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0221879.
Administrators should ensure all users have accepted AUP ahead of updating their User Policy. We recommend refreshing the page when experiencing this issue. They may raise a Service Request with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) to determine which users have not accepted AUP. Alternatively, this information can be found in the User Management section of Portal or within the Mailbox Report.
