Issue Description
When an Admin accesses the Portal and navigates to the User Management tab, searching for an account and selecting the ‘Delegate Mailbox’ option in the Actions panel may result in the delegate mailbox access page taking an extended time to load. For users with a large number of delegate accounts, this can eventually lead to a timeout.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0228401.
Admins should keep the number of users in delegate access below 50 to ensure smooth management of delegates for an account. The Portal team can provide a list of delegates for such accounts and assist with adding or removing users from the backend.
