Upcoming changes to this support site

Last updated: 17th July 2026

The NHSmail support site is moving to the new Support Hub!

As part of this change, this current public-facing support site (support.nhs.net) will be phased out. The Support Hub is aligned to the new NHS.net Connect offering and provides a more modern and improved support experience.

What changes might I notice?

As part of this transition some links on the current support site will begin to redirect to the new Support Hub. This is expected behaviour and is designed to guide users to the most up-to-date guidance in its new location.

Note

As we start to link to more pages hosted on the new Support Hub, you may be asked to sign in to your @nhs.net account. This is expected and helps ensure Support Hub content is available only to NHS.net users.

If you are already signed in to your account, you may be signed in automatically. Otherwise, you will be prompted to sign in before accessing the article.

This change does not affect your access to support information and is part of the improvements being introduced with the new Support Hub.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required from users.

To make the transition as smooth as possible:

  • Prominent and commonly used links will automatically redirect to their new location in the Support Hub.
  • This will help users who access pages via bookmarks or favourited links continue to reach the information they need.

Questions or support

If you have any questions about your organisation’s move to NHS.net Connect or access to the Support Hub, please contact your Local Administrator, who will be able to provide further guidance.
