Description: We are aware of some users experiencing connectivity issues when accessing Microsoft 365 services. Users may experience connectivity loss or a degradation in performance when accessing Microsoft services.
Final Update: 22/03/2024 16:45:00 PM – Despite monitoring throughout today, no further recurrence of the issue reported have been identified or reported by users previously impacted by this issue. Furthermore, we have had several messages of confirmation that organisations previously impacted by this issue are not seeing any degradation when using Microsoft 365 Web Apps. For that reason, this ticket has been closed.
