Issue Description: We are aware of issues with the NHSmail Portal, Microsoft services and Email Delivery.
Final Update: 02/01/2024 15:30:00 PM – Microsoft have implemented a fix to their infrastructure, and we have seen no issues since. Accenture are still working with Microsoft to identify the root cause of the issue.
