Issue Description : Users may intermittently be unable to launch SSO for applications from the My Apps portal.

More info : As a workaround and while we work on remediation, users may be able to launch SSO applications by signing directly into the apps which need to be launched. For other scenarios, customers may be able to work around issues by performing the desired actions in Azure Portal or MS Graph.

Scope of impact : Your organization is affected by this event, any user may be impacted.

Final Update : 19/07/2022 12:42:00 PM – Microsoft have identified that a section of infrastructure in a dependent service was performing below acceptable performance thresholds. They have optimized the environment to handle these requests more efficiently and confirmed by monitoring service telemetry, that the impact is no longer occurring.

Root cause : A section of infrastructure in a dependent service was performing below acceptable performance thresholds.

Next steps : Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to help prevent this problem from happening again.
