Issue Description: We are aware of an issue preventing mails being sent via the High-Sending Relay. Mails being sent will be rejected with the error message “The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure”.
Final Update : 21/03/2022 10:20:00 AM – Engineers have identified and resolved the issue and mails sent via the High-Sending Relay using SMTP are are being delivered as expected. If you were advised to use smtp.office365.com as part of your SMTP configuration, you should now change this back to send.nhs.net.
