We are currently hosting weekly Microsoft Teams meetings to support our Local Administrator community.
The webinars alternate each week between regular service updates and specific overviews of the new service functionality.
In response to feedback, the New Service webinar will move to Wednesdays, from 13 August 2025.
The regular LA fortnightly webinar is scheduled for Fridays:

These sessions will showcase upcoming functionality, demo the new Service, and provide support to organisations as you prepare for migration.

LA webinar details
The webinars are hosted in the NHSmail Local Administrator Collaboration Team > NHS.net Connect webinar channel.
The regular LA webinars are specifically targeted towards those with either the Primary Local Administrator or Local Administrator role to provide service updates relevant to individuals within these roles
