Users within GP Phone User Policies are being reverted to 4GB after a blank update – PRB0194126 We are aware of an issue that has been occurring when blank updating a user within a GP phone User Policy in Portal, their mailbox size is being reverted to 4GB as opposed to matching the mailbox size dictated by that User Policy specifically when larger mailbox is toggled on. These GP Phone User Policies were manually created in the database and were not created through the Portal UI which is causing the conflict.
User Policy updates unsuccessful due to an error regarding available licences – PRB0190235 There is a known issue around LA’s not being able to update User Policies in Portal as the receive an error stating ‘There are only #” licences available for this organisation, a maximum of # users can be added to the policy’. This prevents LA’s from performing any updates to User Policies including adding licenses or users.
User Policy Page Loads Endlessly if the CSV Includes Users who Haven’t Accepted AUP – PRB0221879 We are aware of a missing validation when importing users into existing or new User Policies in Portal. If the CSV file includes users who haven’t accepted AUP then they should receive a validation message informing them who needs to be removed for a successful import. Instead, the page loads endlessly after selecting the upload button.

Restoration of guest user failing via Guest access tab on the Portal – PRB0225777 We are aware of an issue on Portal where, when an attestor attempts to restore a deleted guest user through the Guest Access tab on the Portal, the action fails, and the error message "The guest user cannot be restored as it has been permanently deleted" is displayed. This issue occurs when there are multiple deleted entries for the guest user in the database.
