We are aware of an issue where user's with the Primary Local Admin role should be able to grant other users within the same organisation Primary Local Admin roles, however, currently they are only able to grant PLA access when they only have admin roles associated to one organisation. Therefore, if a user is a PLA to two organisations, they are unable to grant PLA access to other users

Organisations using Outlook 2010 with Windows 7 may have recently experienced connectivity issues. This issue has been identified to be caused as a result of the Windows 7 Secure Channel (Schannel) component not configured to support TLS 1.1 and 1.2 by default.

The name of the Application account is not present in the body of the password expiry notification email sent to the Application account mailbox, and all relevant PLAs / LAs. The email notification beginning with the greeting ‘Dear NHSmail User’ is directed at the Application account where the password has already expired or is due to expire soon.

Organisations that are only using NHSmail as their email solution are not required to submit spam/ phishing evidence for the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT). Further information provided.

Perfomance issues may be noticed with folders in secondary Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes in Outlook 2016, 2013, 2010 and 2007 versions.

Outlook performance issues when many shared folders or mailboxes are open.

We are aware of an issue with folders not appearing in Outlook for Shared Mailboxes

This issues occurs when using an autocomplete entry that already resides in the Outlook Client auto-complete cache.

When attempting to send an email to an existing address stored in your email auto-complete selection list, or a new email address typed in manually, a non-delivery report is received stating that 'The email address you entered couldn't be found.
