RESOLVED- We are aware that some user accounts are stuck in a “Restoring” state for more than 2 hours. Engineers are investigating and further updates will be provided as soon as possible.

Data Loss Prevention (DLP) operates across Microsoft 365 applications and is already in place for OneDrive and SharePoint. There are no changes being introduced to these services, but we are enhancing the Service to include Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams with new DLP warning notifications coming into effect from 31 March 2026

RESOLVED- We are aware of an issue affecting a small number of recently migrated organisations, where some Local Administrators may have limited access to Admin Hub functionality. The Admin Hub service remains available; however, a subset of admin accounts may not have all permissions applied as expected. We are working with our supplier to investigate the cause and are actively remediating affected admin accounts to restore full access.
