Issue Summary: Delays in processing Support Hub administer actions.

Description: We are aware of an incident currently impacting ‘Administer’ tasks raised in Support Hub (such as Create User and Add a Joiner). You may experience a delay in your actions being processed.

Final Update: 25/06/2026 08:12:00 AM- We’ve validated that the backlogged provisioning requests fully processed and our service change implementation successfully remediated all impact for this issue.
