Description: When attempting to go into Insights Hub > Organisation Reports > Users Reports, end users have seen an error message on the screen. The error is “something’s wrong with one or more fields”. Expanded error details are ” Underlying Error: Missing_References

Final Update: 17/07/2026 10:00:00 AM – Earlier this morning, some users may have noticed an error with the date visual in the Power BI report. This was caused by a configuration change that briefly conflicted with the published version of the report during a scheduled update. The issue was present for approximately 30 minutes before the updated report went live, at which point it was automatically resolved.

No data was affected and no action is required from users. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
