Issue Summary: Authentication failures

Description: We are aware of an issue that may impact users who are using Egress/Knowbe4 NHS.net services.

Impact : Affected users may experience the following:
• Inability to sign into the platform
• The LFT (Large File Transfer) platform will be unable to register packages securely, preventing submissions from being sent.

Final Update: 25/06/2026 12:45:00 PM- The Egress/Knowbe4 engineering team have now identified the issue and performed a fix. No further issues should be observed by users.
