Issue Description
We are aware of an issue preventing admins from sharing SharePoint sites from SPO with guest users. To share SharePoint sites with guest users, admins are required to be members of their organisation’s guest inviter group. When a user is a member of this group, they are granted a couple of roles in Portal for that organisation as well as tenant level permissions. Currently, users are incorrectly not being added to a security group in Entra.

If admins are unable to share SharePoint sites with active guest users from SPO, we request they raise a service request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net). They should provide the SharePoint site and guest account.
