Issue Description: Users are unable to sign in to the Windows Company Portal application and receive a login error message.
More info: Once a fix has been released, users with automatic updates enabled for the Windows Company Portal app should receive the updated version automatically when the Microsoft Store checks for updates. Users who do not have automatic updates enabled will need to manually update the app through the Microsoft Store to receive the fix.
Current Update: 06/07/2026 09:09:00 AM – Microsoft has completed deployment of Windows Company Portal app version 11.2.1899.0, which once downloaded, will allow users to sign in to the Windows Company Portal application as expected. Users will need to manually update the app through the Microsoft Store to remediate impact. They are continuing to rollout the updated app version to users who have automatic updates enabled to fully remediate impact, and they anticipate this process to be completed by their next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to sign in to the Windows Company Portal application are impacted.
Root cause: The application is intermittently attempting to connect to a service endpoint that is no longer supported, preventing some users from signing in to the Company Portal application.
