Issue Description: We aware of an issue regarding the NHS.net National licences that are allocated to NHS.net accounts. Users may experience issues with accounts that have been recently created. Admins may also experience issues with updating user policies within the NHS.net Portal.

Final Update: 03/04/2025 13:30:00 PM – The issue with the national licences has now been resolved by Microsoft and the reseller. No further issues have been identified.
